The colour is bright and clear with the tiniest hint of white gold. Gently aromatic, this has delicate tropical fruit characters with some light passionfruit and ripe pear on the nose, all complexed with just a hint of cut grass. Our SSB is fresh and light with delicious light tropical fruit flavours and some sweet citrus and honeydew melon fruit characters. It has a very good palate weight and mouth feel with the light citrussy flavours contributing to its clean acid finish. Excellent drinking now, it would suit a wide range of foods or serve on its own. Best enjoyed as a young wine.
