Tyrrells Old Winery Sauvignon Blanc 750ml

Fermented and matured entirely in stainless steel tanks, the wine spent a short time on its lees to add richness and texture to the palate. We then bottled it relatively early in order to retain its aromatics and freshness. With its classic varietal character, the Old Winery Sauvignon Blanc exhibits a wonderfully fragrant nose of snow peas, guava with a dash of passionfruit. On the palate it marries herbal and grassy notes with a zesty citrus-fruit character. A vibrant and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc, it’s an ideal accompaniment to fresh seafood and spicy Asian dishes.
