Greystone Organic Sauvignon Blanc from Canterbury, New Zealand is filled with sweet aromas of hay and wild flowers, yellow stone fruits. Alongside ripe tropical fruit flavours, there is plenty of chalky limestone minerality leaving a long mouthwatering finish.
Greystone Sauvignon Blanc is left to ferment in French barriques to soften the acidity and exposes the wine to greater yeast lees to create creaminess on the palate. This slower process allows for a greater complexity of flavour - and creamy malolactic ferment adds more texture on the finish. It's something a little different! This wine is also Certified Organic and Vegan
