Responsible Service of Alcohol
By registering your details and entering your date of birth in the compulsory fields on the clubwineonline.com.au website, you represent and warrant to Club Wine Online that you are at least 18 years of age and are therefore of legal age to purchase alcohol.
Club Wine Online supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol. New South Wales Liquor Act 2007. It is an offence to sell or supply alcohol to, or obtain on behalf of a person under the age of 18. Proof of age may be requested upon receipt of alcohol deliveries. Packaged Liquor Licence. Licence Number LIQP770016415.

We collect your personal information when you place an order with us. Our Privacy Policy provides details of how we collect and use your personal information and how you can access your personal information or raise a complaint about the management of your personal information.
Product images & prices
While every attempt is made to ensure the integrity of products, product availability, images, labels, closure types, vintages (where specified) and pricing is correct, there may be instances where incorrect information is inadvertently advertised or displayed whether on our own website or through a third party website such as a price comparison websites etc.
As soon as such an error has been identified, Club Wine Online will rectify this error as quickly as possible. Information is also subject to change without notice (including vintages and label changes), therefore no warranties, either expressed or implied, are provided by Club Wine Online. If you are looking for a product with a specific vintage, please contact us to confirm the vintage.
All prices advertised on clubwineonline.com.au include GST and is shown separately on order confirmations and invoices.
Product availability
In the case of an order being received and product is then found to be unavailable, Club Wine Online will either;
- Contact you and offer you a replacement product at a similar price and quality or,
- Offer you a full refund
In the case of an incorrect price being advertised or an incorrect image being displayed (including vintage), Club Wine Online may decline or cancel any orders placed. If your credit card was charged and the order was cancelled by us, you will be notified by a member of our customer service team and a refund will be issued to you via your original payment method.
Vintages
While every effort is made by Club Wine Online to ensure vintage information is current, vintages of products change regularly and often without notice. In the case where an order is received by you and the vintage is different to that displayed either in text or a vintage displayed on a bottle image, Club Wine Online will make every effort to rectify that. If a previous vintage is no longer available, Club Wine Online cannot offer a refund.
Loss or damage
Responsibility of any damage, loss and breakage to any product passes to the buyer upon delivery (as verified by the 'Proof of Delivery' documentation supplied to us by our nominated shipper), therefore a refund will not be offered for a product, or products damaged after receipt of delivery.
In the case where the 'Authority to Leave' option is chosen by you during the checkout process, Club Wine Online will not take responsibility and offers no warranties for loss or damage which may occur whether by theft or breakage.
Quantity purchases
There are no minimums or maximums (unless specified) at Club Wine Online. If your order is a large one, feel free to contact us as we may be able to offer you a better deal on quantity purchases and/or shipping costs.
High value and suspicious orders
Due to credit card fraud attempts, payment for some high value sales will only be accepted via direct bank transfer into our nominated bank account. If we receive an order which falls into this category and payment has already been made via credit card, Club Wine Online will refund the order back to your credit card and advise you of the direct bank transfer option.
If agreed by you, we will then advise you of our bank account details. Once your payment has been received into our nominated bank account, your order will be dispatched immediately. If you need clarification of this policy, please contact us.
