Soumah Pinot Noir from the Yarra Valley displays classic cool climate Pinot Noir flavours of juicy cherries and raspberries, with savoury notes. Barrel fermentation has given this wine a rich flavour and aroma and added a soft oak character. Enjoy this with with roasted beetroot, Mediterranean dishes or duck. You can also try serving this with slightly chilled to bring out the flavour profile.
