Vintage 2022

Red burgundy in colour with magenta/black olive hues. Aromas of blackcurrant and cassis leap out of the glass supported by hints of mint and lavender with smoky oak characteristics. An elegant young cabernet showing black fruits, cedar and a chocolatey gaminess. This is supported by lifted floral notes of eucalypt, toast and briar-like character. The tannins are firm, soft and dry with a long lingering finish.

Cellar for 4 – 6 years.
Enjoy with Greek style BBQ’d lamb shoulder, shredded duck pancakes or pork spare ribs.
