Petersons Semillon Hunter Valley is a classic example of Semillon from one of our favourite Hunter Valley wineries. The 2023 vintage has produced an exceptional wine with perfect growing conditions producing one of the best. The wine has a very light straw colour with a faint green hue. The aromas are flinty with fine zesty lemon, lime, mandarin and a hint of freshly cut grass. The palate is tight, fresh, rounded, soft and dry. Upfront fruit of lemons and grapefruit pith with hints of honeysuckle supported by a cleansing yet soft natural acidity.
