Mesta Tempranillo Rosé from Castile in Spain is a stunning pink colour with aromas of fresh strawberries and cream and rose water. Crisp and refreshing with balanced acidity and subtle savoury notes as well as hints of pomegranate, this textual wine is is one to savour. Enjoy by itself on a warm summer's afternoon or pair with lighter pasta dishes for dinner.

Mesta wines are named after 'The Mesta' - a powerful alliance of shepherds in medieval Castile, who controlled the traditional rights-of-way for migrating sheep. Their vineyards are nestled deep in the land of The Mesta, and are still passed over by flocks on their annual migration.
