Howard Park sources its elegant Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from the wildly remote Great Southern of Western Australia to create excellent méthode traditionnelle sparkling wines. Jeté, named after the ballet movement meaning 'to leap,' is no exception. Showing great elegance and poise, with notes of wild strawberries and fresh pastries, the palate is delicate with fine acidity and a rich, creamy texture.
