The older wines always seemed a bit too oaky to me, and didn’t give the Eden Valley fruit a chance to shine. 94+ points, heading for 95. Best Wines under $20, 20 Jun 2024.

Pale green gold. Fragrant aromas of fresh stone fruits and citrus zest with subtle hints of roasted hazelnuts and a touch of flint. Flavours of freshly picked peaches and nectarines are complemented by a fine, creamy texture on the mid-palate, distinct and lively minerality with refreshing citrus acidity to finish.
