Pale straw in colour, the nose exhibits vibrant aromas of lemon and grapefruit,along with ripe stonefruit characters of white peach and nectarine. The palate is bursting with citrus flavor and a luscious fruit sweetness that brings wonderful richness to the full, round mid palate.

The subtle impact of partial oak fermentation and extended lees contact maturation adds a wonderful creaminess to the palate and layers of flavours envoking exotic sweet spices, raw honey, fresh baked pastry, and decadent vanilla-laced Chantilly cream. The finish is crisp and clean with wonderful length of flavour that carries on long after the wine is consumed.
