About Club Wine Online
Why do I need to become a member?
Club Wine Online requires you to become a member so that we can make sure you’re giving back to your chosen club or community organisation. We also want to make sure our members are getting wines at the best prices - something we can’t offer to everyone!
Products and orders
Can I make a large order for an event?
Yes, there is no maximum or minimum order. But if you are planning a big order for an event, feel free to reach out to us directly as we might be able to help get you a better deal or assist in delivery. And remember, the bigger the order the more your club will benefit!
I’m looking for a specific wine or vintage, can you help me find it?
Yes. Please contact us and let us know what you are looking for. We’ll do our best to help you find it.
Delivery & Returns
What is your return policy?

Can I exchange instead of a refund?
No. Because of the nature of our goods, we cannot offer an exchange. But we will refund or replace your order if there is a fault with your product. Read our returns policy.
My wine is corked or faulty, can I get a refund?
If there is an issue with any of your items making them undrinkable, please contact us and we’ll arrange a refund or a replacement of the product. If possible, please do not throw away the bottle as we might need you to return it so we can investigate or retrieve the batch number so we can check the remaining stock is not faulty.
Do you need proof of age or ID when you deliver?
Yes. Australia Post will require proof for age and ID as you must be 18 years of age or over to purchase or receive alcohol. However after your first purchase, this will not impact your ‘Authority to Leave’ request, and your order will be left if a safe place is available.
It is an offence to sell or supply alcohol to persons, or obtain on behalf of a person, under the age of 18.
Why don’t you ship to my address?
Club Wine Online currently only delivers within New South Wales, Australia.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Unfortunately we currently only ship within New South Wales, Australia.
How is my order protected during transit?
We pack our orders nice and securely to make sure your wine gets to you in one piece. All orders are marked with appropriate warnings to help advise couriers that it is precious cargo. If your order has arrived with breakages, please contact us and organise the appropriate replacement.
