Out of the ashes of war-torn Italy, somewhere in the early 1940's a drink was born. Star bartender Guiseppe Cipriani combined peach nectar and prosecco, making the world’s first Bellini. People used to seek out Harry’s bar in Venice just to try it, and glowing recommendations from Ernest Hemingway and Charlie Chaplain ensured its celebrity. Ever since it has been a staple in many summer-time cocktail menus around the world.

Cocktails outside of bars can be tricky work, but Cipriani have taken it upon themselves to do the heavy lifting for you. They've sourced and pureed the finest white peaches, and mixed them with their prosecco - making sure to leave in the pulp - so that you can pop off the cork and enjoy a delightful Bellini in the comfort of your own home, the office or anywhere else you like!
