A Shiraz dominant red blend with bright raspberry fruit and plush tannin structure, and blackberry fruits from Cabernet Sauvignon. Grenache has been added to provide spice and fruit sweetness on the palate. The Uprising has been aged for 30 days in Rum Barrels, paying homage to Australia’s Rum Rebellion of 1808! It's a must-try.
